FIU Thrive
- Designed clean, user-friendly web and mobile apps
- Optimized health assessments, goal-setting, and service integration flows
- Collaborated closely with FIU stakeholders for alignment and feedback
FIU Thrive, a project by Florida International University, set out to empower communities by connecting users with essential services across 12 health domains. When Kimera Studio joined the project, it needed clarity and a user-centric approach to bring the vision to life.
Using an existing design system, we designed both web and mobile apps that were clean, intuitive, and engaging, focusing on improving usability and accessibility.
The apps enable users to complete health checkups, set goals based on their needs, and connect with services through easy-to-use contact mechanisms. We ensured the experience was seamless across platforms, making health management straightforward and actionable.
Throughout the project, we maintained transparency and collaboration with FIU stakeholders, hosting regular meetings to share updates, gather feedback, and align on design decisions.
The result was a cohesive digital experience that bridged the gap between communities and care, solidifying FIU Thrive’s mission to improve lives through accessible, effective technology.
